How long should I wait for my order to be delivered?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped Priority Mail 2-3 days for delivery. All Ice-cream/Frozen dessert orders are shipped Overnight Only.  Other orders are shipped via ground mail with takes up to 5 days for delivery. Keep in mind that once your order is accepted via selected third-party shipping (Post Office, Fed EX, UPS, any issues or delays regarding delivery must be directed to the respective delivery provider.  We are no longer responsible for it.

 

DO WE ISSUE REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by CarnellsCakeryDFW. In this case, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. If delivery information is given incorrect or incomplete, which results in a delay or non-delivery, the order will not be eligible for any refunds. You will have to pay an additional shipped fee for your order to be reshipped if it is returned to us.
